We’re thrilled you want to start a new bath and shower routine with The Kids Bathing Co. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about placing an order with us.
You can currently find The Kids Bathing Co. products in our online shop. Simply place your order for couriered delivery anywhere in the UK.
We charge £3.99 (up to 2kg) for standard delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland. We charge £5.99 (up to 2kg) for next day delivery but orders must be placed before midday.
We aren’t currently shipping worldwide, but we will update you if this changes.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery is usually within 3-4 working days from the date of your order being processed. For faster delivery, please opt for next-day delivery at the checkout. We do our best to ensure our customers receive their orders in time, but sometimes this is outside of our control.
We aim to process your order quickly, so we won’t be able to amend or cancel it once it has been placed. If there is an issue, please contact our team and we will do our best to help.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns (for hygiene reasons), but this does not affect your statutory rights. If there is an issue, please get in touch with our team.

Our products are premium quality, without a premium price tag. To offer the best possible price for our products, we have to charge a nominal fee for delivery. We always aim to make this as cost-effective as possible.
